Move-out assumes all furniture and personal items are removed from the home prior to the start of cleaning. In addition to the regular clean items, we also clean:

Wash inside of windows.
Clean both sides of sliding glass doors.
Clean both sides of entry door glass.

Remove hard water stains and soap scum from shower/tub surround to the best of our ability.
Treat and do our best to remove mold/mildew, if present.

Kitchens

Move stove and refrigerator to clean sides and floor.
Clean oven (self clean in advance, if available)
Clean inside of empty refrigerator.

Laundry Room

Move washer/dryer if they remain in the house, and clean under and around them.
Additional requests can be honored to the best of our ability.
We do minor repairs as we find them in the process of cleaning.
